  Overall

As Enchanted Arms came down the pipe, followed closely by criticism and anticipation alike, it finally did come and will capture its intended audience of avid RPG fans. It doesn’t quite stand up as an equal to the greats like Final Fantasy, but it stands proudly on its own two feet as the first true JRPG for the Xbox 360 having provided every detail that a quality RPG should have. The memorable characters, twisting and sometimes suspenseful plot, stellar environments, and refreshing-yet-traditional gameplay make this a title that any RPG fan must have. With more JRPGs to come for the 360, Enchanted Arms did the job of paving the way and doing it well. The Japanese aren’t getting all the good games anymore.

  Sweet to the Core
Solid Gameplay. It's nothing elaborate, but the battle system works well.

Lot's 'O Characters. The huge amount of Golems are detailed and well thought out.

Online Battles. Being able to test the might of your party against others is always good.

  Going Bad
Annoying Characters. While the voice acting was good, the scripting wasn't so great.

A Little Linear. A growing trend, there was no free-roaming world map.

  Rotten to the Core
Am I Five?. The tutorship that was slipped in the game makes me feel that way.

Random Battle Blues. The random battles get boring as they happen pretty often.
